About Katelin Hope Vesely

Katelin addresses graduate student concerns such as steps toward degree completion, M.A. and Ph.D. eDocs, registration requirements, fellowship applications, travel grant applications, and language proficiency documentation. They also help coordinate recruitment, admissions, and orientation for new graduate students. Students from other departments may contact them with questions about Ph.D. minors or language study in French and Italian. Katelin’s academic background includes Art History, with a focus on the intersections of art, science, and technology, and Arts Administration with an emphasis on curatorial and museum studies, and they are currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Arts Administration through the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. They also have a long-standing interest in Shakespeare’s role in education and community work, and have been active in over 30 productions with Monroe County Civic Theater.
