Carly has a B.A. in French (University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, 2011) and an M.A. in French Linguistics (Indiana University, 2013). Carly is currently working towards the completion of her dissertation. Her research interests include language contact and North American varieties of French (especially in New England), language acquisition and attrition, and historical linguistics.
