Melinda has a B.A. in French Linguistics (University of Pittsburgh, 2018). Her research interests include dialectology, sociolinguistics, and variation (especially in morph-syntax and register code-switching) and acquisition of these variations, with a concentration in North American French (especially variants spoken in Québec, Canada).
